Each Angel Wing has a butterfly mate. These dies are used to cut an exact shape of a full size die cut butterfly related to each die by number. Simply fold your backing paper, tape the die to the edge of the fold and die cut both layers. Remove and open for a perfect die cut shape in seconds! These dies may also be used to create random dimensional cuts in craft paper or simple decorative- shaped cuts of butterflies. To create a dimensional die cut, place the die in position to cut on one side of a card and then flip the card to cut the other half of the shape. To keep shape as part of the card, separate the two die cuts slightly to keep the shape as part of the card. You may also glue the butterfly mate to the shape for an attractive surprise when the card is opened!
